Throughout these 3 major projects I plan to address the bulk of the administrative competencies
like leadership, organizational management, diversity leadership, communication, and
community relations. I will add more leadership activities as I continue through the summer and
incoming school year. I will be focusing on human resource management and curriculum
development planning/instructional management for the success of all learners throughout
Summer School planning and implementation. I achieve many of the communication and
organizational management competencies through Freshman Orientation. I will find other
activities to experience policy and law, and political influence and governance. I will also look
into opportunities to delve into safety and security.
