i, a man known to use the name Jerell-Ray: Works, a Non-State Citizen and Paramount
Security Interest Holder to the property in collateral both registered and unregistered belonging to
JERELL RAY WORKS~ENS LEGIS, a corporate UNITED STATES CITIZEN Doing Business
As, JERELL RAY WORKS~ENS LEGIS, the legal named trust (PERSON) of the corporate
STATE OF MISSOURI, and being first duly sworn, depose, say, and declare under penalty of
perjury by my signature that the following facts admitted to are true, correct, and complete to the
best of my knowledge and belief.
i, a man known to use the name Jerell-Ray: Works, admits to being a Non-State Citizen and
Paramount Security Interest holder to the property in collateral both registered and unregistered
belonging to the alleged Debtor hereby serve you and or your office with official notice of my
lawful standing as a man and Paramount Security interest holder. i: a man known to use the name
Jerell-Ray: Works, admit he have interest in all affairs of the alleged Debtor, all assets of the alleged
Debtor, am exempt from levy and relieved of all liability from the alleged Debtor.
NOTICE: The following lawful establishments shall apply upon this notice:

1. Admits all commercial contracts and or legal duties listing the alleged Debtor have been
lawfully denied, canceled, rescinded, and/or revoked for cause as they are invalid and
unenforceable.
2. As a man and Paramount Security Interest Holder, i: a man admits he is distinguished, set
apart and object to any and all body attachments to the alleged DEBTOR and or legal name and or
trust and or person known as JERELL RAY WORKS~ENS LEGIS a corporate UNITED STATES
CITIZEN Doing Business As, JERELL RAY WORKS~ENS LEGIS the legal named trust of the
corporate STATE OF MISSOURI.

3. Denies court, agency or corporate jurisdiction over i: a man known to use the name Jerell-
Ray: Works, as a Non-State Citizen and does not require licenses or permission to exercise any
natural right.
If you find this Affidavit of Admission of Status of i: a man known to use the name Jerell-
Ray: Works, to be in error, send rebuttal of the points herein to i: a man known to use the name
Jerell-Ray: Works, signed by you or an authorized representative or attorney for your corporation
under oath and agreement to testify to the facts and understanding before a jury under penalty of
perjury and assuming full legal and commercial liability.
Furthermore: If your corporate agency has any lawful commercial and or claim of a legal
duty against i: a man known to use the name Jerell-Ray: Works, submit it within twenty-one (21)
days after the date of receipt of this notice to the address below with valid proof of claim of corpus
delicti, and I will make them whole.
EVENT OF DEFAULT
If you or an authorized representative of you or your principal fails to respond with a valid
affidavit of truth in the form of a rebuttal or does not or cannot provide a True Bill of Commerce
and a Complete Assessment of any commercial claim and or legal duty against i: a man, or you
ignore this notice and remain silent without stating your claim for a period of twenty-one days (21),
then you accept my claim of lawful establishments herein by tacit agreement and my affidavits will
stand as truth in law and commerce, further creating a private agreement to the facts stated herein.
Your default under the maxims of law will constitute your agreement that any alleged claims against
this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man known to use the name Jerell-Ray:
Works, are unfounded in common law and thus do not and cannot exist.
