Everyone has struggled to find clients in the initial stage
of growth. Here’s the strategy I use to get clients and monetize them daily.
Step 1 – Finding your ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
Write down your ICP’s traits.
Example: Mine: •Is ambitious •Invests in online products •Loves the idea of freedom •Is interested in having a coach •Wants to build a personal brand
Where to find them? Identify 5-10 people you would
like to work with in your niche and simply go through their following accounts, and you’ll never run out of options. Now, What does your ideal customer look like?
Step 2 – What problem are you going to solve?
Monetization is solving other people’s problems through your skills, so when you identify your ICP, you should also be asking yourself what value you are going to give him.
Identify ➤ Solve ➤ Get paid.
The goal is to simplify your customer's life and uplift their brand. Happy customer, successful business.
Example: If your client has an audience, but he needs a
well-ran newsletter, you can come up with free value and social proof and he will consider you to work with him.
Ask the prospect to work with him in exchange for
testimonials, and if he likes your work, you might’ve found the perfect fit for each other.
Step 3 – Closing clients.
When it comes to closing clients, you don’t need a sales call. You can do what fits best for you, but I would recommend closing in the DM’s. Be straight forward with your offer, don’t be needy, and make it clear that you’re a valuable individual.
Step 4 – Enjoy your success.
That’s all, feel free to give me feedback on Twitter and
rate the product 5 stars on Gumroad if you liked it. Thanks for reading.
