1. What factors are important when looking for a job?


- working hours. The hours that you'll be working at your new job are important for a
healthy work-life balance and to fit around the other important areas of your life.
- Benefits offered. As much as the salary is a huge part of the package that the potential
employer is offering, there are other benefits that you need to consider. insurance,
bonuses, and healthcare.
- company culture. The culture of your new working environment will have a big impact
on your enjoyment of your working life.
- The stability of the company and opportunities for growth.
2. What to prepare before going to the interview?
Depending on the type of interview, we need to have different preparation.
Research the company. Research your interviewer. Prepare a set of questions. Research
the company. Research your interviewer.
Prepare a set of questions. Turn your cell phone off before the interview. Sleep well the
night before. Prepare for different types of interviews..Consider stories from previous
positions.
3. What questions do you think will be difficult to answer in an interview?
I think the most common question is: why should the company choose you? That
question is really important and difficult. The company will consider whether you are a
good fit for the company. You need to pay careful attention to your strengths that satisfy
the company's requirements.
The next question is: what are your weaknesses. It's really hard to answer, you can't
honestly tell all your weaknesses. You have to talk about your weaknesses without
affecting your work.
