Hereby makes, constitutes and appoint Mr. Robert C. Males Esq. LLB, LLM, BL. of Egole Solicitors of
No. 283 Hornsey Road, London N19 4HN, United Kingdom.,my true and lawful attorney in my name,
place and stead to have power/authority to execute the following on my behalf :

1 To have access to the Management Staffs of Capital One Bank Plc, Trent House, Station
street, Nottingham, NG2 3HX . United Kingdom for the purpose of processing of my Inheritance
claims on the Account No.: 60872177 of my relative late Mr. David Paredes as the only
surviving relation.

2. To process and validate my claim over the Estate (account) of late David Paredes as the
Only surviving relation at the Probate Registry, Crown Court, London UK.

3. To process and obtain all the necessary documents from the respective Government
Agencies that would facilitate the issuing of Letter of Administration to me by the Probate
Registrar at the Probate Registry, High Court London because he died Intestate.

4. On securing the Letter of Administration from the Probate Registry, attach it to an application
and submit on my behalf to Capital One Bank. Plc for the release of the funds (US$6.3M)
to my nominated Bank Account.

5. To follow up the payment process till the Capital One Bank Plc. finally releases the funds to
my nominated bank account.

NOTE: That Barrister Robert C. Males and or Egole Solicitors Law Firm has no other power than to do
and execute the above as prelude to the payment of my Inheritance.

I hereby ratify all powers/authority unto the said Attorney Robert C. Males Esq. To act and discharge the
above on my behalf as I set out my hands and seal today the 31 th of May 2023.
