Service level Agreement

I. Scope
This Service Level Agreement (SLA) outlines the terms and conditions for the GST,
Accounts & Income tax consultancy services provided by M/s PQR Business Advisory
(hereinafter known as “ABA”) to M/s XYZ , (Prop. Ms. XYZ Surana) .
The SLA covers the scope of the services, service levels, responsibilities of both parties, and
other related aspects.
II. Service Description - GST
ABA will provide GST consultancy services to XYZ, which includes:
1. Advising on GST registration and compliance requirements
2. Preparation and filing of GST returns
3. Reviewing and advising on GST implications of transactions
4. Assistance in GST audits and assessments
5. Providing updates on GST law and regulations
6. Prepare and file GST returns within the stipulated due date.
a. GSTR 1
b. GSTR 3B
c. Validate matching of transactions reflecting in GSTR 2B
d. Reconcile 2A/2B with ITC at the year end.
e. File GSTR 9 (if applicable)
f. Getting LUT for the Exports from GSTN portal
g. Any other forms required for routing compliances of the entity
(Assessments and Appeals are not included in above SLA and will be separately
discussed.)

III. Service Description – Income tax


ABA will provide Income tax consultancy services to XYZ, which includes:
1. Advising on income tax compliance requirements
2. Preparation and filing of income tax returns
3. Reviewing and advising on income tax implications of transactions
4. Assistance in income tax assessments and appeals
5. Providing updates on income tax law and regulations
(Assessments and Appeals are not included in above SLA and will be separately
discussed.)

IV. Service Description – Accounts/Finance
ABA will provide Accounts/Finance consultancy services to XYZ, which includes:
1. Helping in Preparation and maintenance of books of accounts
2. Advising on accounting policies and procedures
3. Assistance in preparation of financial statements
4. Providing updates on accounting standards and regulations

V. Service Levels
ABA commits to providing the following service levels:
2. Acknowledge receipt of any communication from XYZ at earliest or within 48 hours
3. Respond to any query or request for information from XYZ at earliest or within 48
hours
4. Advise XYZ on any changes in GST law and regulations within 7 days of the change
coming into effect.

VI. Responsibilities
ABA will:
1. Assign a dedicated tax consultant to XYZ : Ms Pwcly Kumari
2. Ensure that the consultant has the necessary expertise and qualifications to provide
the services
3. Keep XYZ informed of any issues that may impact the services.
4. Maintain confidentiality of XYZ's information and data
XYZ will:
1. Provide all necessary information and documents required for the services
2. Timely payment of fees for the services rendered
3. Provide feedback on the quality of services provided
4. Any issues or deficiency in services needs to be informed to the ABA team within 7
days noticing the issues

VII. Fees
XYZ agrees to pay ABA the fees for the services rendered as per the agreed terms and
conditions provided in Sales Order dated 13th May 2023. The payment needs to be done
within 15 days of issue of Invoice which will be done on 1 st of every month which will be in
advance. Any changes or deficiency in Invoices needs to be informed to the ABA team
within 7 days of Issue of Invoice.
ABA is MSME entity and therefore eligible for the benefits provided in MSME Act,2016
VIII. Term and Termination
This SLA shall remain in effect from 1st May 2023 to 30th April 2024.
Either party may terminate the SLA by giving 45 days' written notice to the other party.

IX. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this SLA if such
failure or delay is caused by any event beyond the control of the party, such as acts of God,
natural disasters, war, or any other similar event.
X. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This SLA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian
Contract Act,1872 as amended from time to time.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this SLA shall be submitted to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai
