Examples

Please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 2.

The embodiment provides a multistage lever type power amplification generating set, which comprises a motor 1, a reciprocating swing mechanism, a sector gear set 2,
a primary output shaft 3, a speed clutch 4 and a generator 5; the reciprocating swing mechanism comprises a swing shaft 6 and a swing rod mechanism, the swing shaft
6 is in transmission connection with an output shaft of the motor 1 through the swing rod mechanism, and the swing shaft 6 realizes radial reciprocating motion through
the swing rod mechanism; the swinging shaft 6 is rotatably sleeved with a transmission gear set 7, the fan-shaped gear set 2 is fixedly sleeved on the first-stage output
shaft 3, the transmission gear set 7 is in transmission connection with the fan-shaped gear set 2, and the first-stage output shaft 3 is in transmission connection with an
input shaft of the generator 5 through the speed clutch 4.

In the present embodiment, based on fig. 1, a hall brushless dc motor of type BLDC5720 is selected as the motor 1, and a rare-earth permanent magnet generator 5 of
type 500W is selected as the generator 5. The motor 1 is used as a power input end of the system, the reciprocating swing mechanism drives the swing shaft 6 to
reciprocate, the transmission gear set 7 on the swing shaft 6 realizes accelerated rotation in the periodic swing process and is meshed with the sector gear set 2 in the
acceleration process, so that the sector gear set 2 rotates at an accelerated speed, and when the sector gear set 2 is not meshed with the transmission gear set 7, the
sector gear set 2 can move for a circle by using inertia force and then is meshed with the transmission gear set 7 which reciprocates again to accelerate, so that the
sector gear set 2 is driven to do periodic accelerated motion. When the rotation speed of the sector gear set 2 reaches the lowest trigger speed of the speed clutch 4, the
power is output to the generator 5 to generate power. Since the rotation speed of the sector gear 13 is increased, the power can be amplified when the rotation speed
exceeds the rotation speed of the output shaft of the motor 1. Namely, the generator 5 amplifies the output power through the motor 1, the reciprocating swing
mechanism, the sector gear set 2, the primary output shaft 3 and the speed clutch 4 which are sequentially driven to generate electricity, thereby achieving the effect of
increasing the output power and saving the energy consumption.

Furthermore, the device also comprises a support frame 8, the swing rod mechanism comprises a crank and rocker mechanism and a swing rod 9, the middle part of the
swing rod 9 is hinged with the support frame 8, one end of the swing rod 9 is in transmission connection with an output shaft of the motor 1 through the crank and rocker
mechanism, and the other end of the swing rod 9 is connected with the swing shaft 6.

In the present embodiment, the motor 1 is also fixed to the support frame 8 based on fig. 1. One end of a crank 10 in the crank rocker mechanism is fixedly connected
with an output shaft of the motor 1, the other end of the crank 10 is hinged with one end of a rocker 11, the other end of the rocker 11 is hinged with one end of a
swinging rod 9, and the other end of the swinging rod 9 is fixedly connected with the swinging shaft 6. The middle part of the swinging rod 9 is hinged with the supporting
frame 8. In practical use, when the output shaft of the motor 1 rotates, the crank-rocker mechanism drives the end of the oscillating rod 9 to reciprocate up and down, so
as to realize the radial reciprocating motion of the oscillating shaft 6.
Further, the distance between the hinged part of the swing rod 9 and the support frame 8 and the swing shaft 6 is smaller than the distance between the swing rod and
the crank-rocker mechanism.

In the present embodiment, based on the illustration of fig. 1, the product of the power and the power arm is equal to the product of the resistance and the resistance arm
according to the principle of leverage. The distance between the hinged position of the oscillating rod 9 and the support frame 8 and the crank rocker mechanism is a
power arm, and the distance between the hinged position of the oscillating rod 9 and the support frame 8 and the oscillating shaft 6 is a resistance arm. When the acting
force applied to the end part of the swing rod 9 by the motor 1 is a constant value, the acting force applied to the swing shaft 6 by the swing rod 9 is larger than the acting
force applied to the end part of the swing rod 9 by the motor 1 because the resistance arm is smaller than the power arm, so that the amplification of the acting force is
realized, the acceleration effect on the sector gear set 2 is improved, and the power of the generator 5 is further improved.

Further, the transmission gear set 7 includes a plurality of incomplete gears 12 arranged in parallel, the sector gear set 2 includes sector gears 13 respectively engaged
with the plurality of incomplete gears 12, and any two adjacent sector gears 13 are arranged in a staggered manner.

In the present embodiment, preferably, based on fig. 1, each group of transmission gear sets 7 includes three incomplete gears 12 arranged in parallel, and each group of
sector gear sets 2 includes three sector gears 13 corresponding to the incomplete gears 12 one by one. After one of the sector gears 13 is separated from the incomplete
gear 12, the rest sector gears 13 can sequentially relay to be meshed with the corresponding incomplete gear 12 for acceleration, so that full acceleration is realized, and
the output efficiency is improved. Since the swing of the swing lever 9 has periodicity, in order to ensure that the sector gear 13 is engaged at the optimum timing in each
cycle, each gear in the transmission gear group 7 is provided as the incomplete gear 12, thereby ensuring that the incomplete gear 12 is transmitted with the sector gear
13 only at the optimum timing.

It should be noted that the above embodiment is not intended as a limitation on the number of incomplete gears 12 in each set of drive gear sets 7 and sector gears 13 in
each set of sector gear sets 2. In other embodiments than those described above, each set of drive gears 7 may also comprise two or four, etc. other numbers of partial
gears 12, and correspondingly, each set of sector gear sets 2 may be provided with two or four, etc. other numbers of sector gears 13.

Further, the speed clutch 4 comprises a driving shaft 14 and a driven shaft 15 coaxially sleeved outside the driving shaft 14, a plurality of clamping teeth 16 are arranged
on the inner side wall surrounding the driven shaft 15, and a plurality of speed measuring assemblies in one-to-one correspondence with the clamping teeth 16 are
arranged on the outer side wall surrounding the driving shaft 14; the speed measuring assembly comprises a fixed rod 17 extending along the radial direction of the
driving shaft 14 and a centrifugal block 18 sleeved on the fixed rod 17 in a sliding manner, a centrifugal spring 19 is sleeved on the outer side wall of the fixed rod 17, and
the centrifugal block 18 is connected with the driving shaft 14 through the centrifugal spring 19; the driving shaft 14 is connected with the primary output shaft 3, and the
driven shaft 15 is in transmission connection with the input shaft of the generator 5.

In the present embodiment, based on fig. 2, six latches 16 are uniformly arranged around the inner side wall of the driven shaft 15, and correspondingly, six speed
measurement components corresponding to the latches 16 are uniformly arranged around the outer side wall of the driving shaft 14. When the driving shaft 14 rotates,
the faster the rotation speed thereof, the longer the extension length of the centrifugal spring 19. When the rotating speed reaches a specific value, the centrifugal block
18 will abut against the latch 16, so as to drive the driven shaft 15 to rotate, thereby realizing transmission connection.

It should be noted that the above embodiment is not intended to limit the number of the latches 16 in the driven shaft 15, and in other embodiments than the above
embodiment, four or ten or other numbers of the latches 16 may be arranged around the inner side wall of the driven shaft 15, and correspondingly, four or ten or other
numbers of the speed measuring assemblies are uniformly arranged around the outer side wall of the driving shaft 14.

Further, a power amplifying mechanism is included, and the speed clutch 4 is in transmission connection with an input shaft of the generator 5 through the power
amplifying mechanism.

In the present embodiment, the power amplification mechanism can further amplify the power of the primary output shaft 3, thereby increasing energy efficiency.

Further, the power amplifying mechanism comprises a secondary output shaft 20 and a tertiary output shaft 21, the secondary output shaft 20 is fixedly sleeved with
another group of transmission gear sets 7, and the tertiary output shaft 21 is fixedly sleeved with another group of sector gear sets 2 meshed with the transmission gear
sets 7 on the secondary output shaft 20; the primary output shaft 3 is in transmission connection with one end of a secondary output shaft 20 through a speed clutch 4,
and the other end of the secondary output shaft 20 is in transmission connection with an input shaft of a generator 5 through another speed clutch 4.

In the present embodiment, based on fig. 1, the secondary output shaft 20 is disposed coaxially with the primary output shaft 3 and is connected by the speed clutch 4.
Because the sector gear set 2 on the primary output shaft 3 performs variable-speed rotation, specifically including an acceleration process and a deceleration process,
the transmission gear set 7 on the secondary output shaft 20 also performs variable-speed rotation. When the transmission gear set 7 rotates in an accelerated mode,
the transmission gear set 7 is meshed with the sector gear set 2 on the three-stage output shaft 21, and when the transmission gear set 7 rotates in a decelerated mode,
the transmission gear set is separated from the sector gear set 2 on the three-stage output shaft 21, so that the three-stage output shaft 21 is driven to rotate in an
accelerated mode, and power is further amplified. When the rotational speed of the tertiary output shaft 21 reaches a certain value, it outputs power to the generator 5
through the speed clutch 4, achieving power generation.

Further, the power amplifying mechanisms have a plurality of groups, and the tertiary output shaft 21 of any group of power amplifying mechanisms is in transmission
connection with the secondary output shaft 20 of the adjacent power amplifying mechanism through the speed clutch 4.

In the present embodiment, based on fig. 1, the power amplification mechanism has two sets, and the two sets of power amplification mechanisms can amplify the
output power on the primary output shaft 3 twice, thereby increasing the output power.

It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are not intended to limit the number of power amplification mechanisms, and in other embodiments than the
above-mentioned embodiments, the power amplification mechanisms may be provided in other numbers such as three groups or four groups. The more the number of
the power amplification mechanisms is, the more obvious the power amplification effect is, and the higher the final generated power is.

mechanism, the swing shaft 6 is in transmission connection with an output shaft of the motor 1 through the swing rod mechanism, and the swing shaft 6 realizes radial
reciprocating motion through the swing rod mechanism; the swinging shaft 6 is rotatably sleeved with a transmission gear set 7, the fan-shaped gear set 2 is fixedly
sleeved on the first-stage output shaft 3, the transmission gear set 7 is in transmission connection with the fan-shaped gear set 2, and the first-stage output shaft 3 is in
transmission connection with an input shaft of the generator 5 through the speed clutch 4.

The motor 1 is used as a power input end of the system, the oscillating shaft 6 is driven to reciprocate through the reciprocating oscillating mechanism, the transmission
gear set 7 on the oscillating shaft 6 realizes accelerated rotation movement due to the oscillation of the oscillating shaft 6, so that the sector gear set 2 is driven to do
periodic accelerated movement, when the sector gear set 2 is not meshed with the transmission gear set 7, the sector gear set 2 can move for a circle by using inertia
force and then is meshed with the transmission gear set 7 which does reciprocating movement again for acceleration, when the rotating speed of the sector gear set 2
reaches the lowest triggering speed of the speed clutch 4, power is output to the generator 5 for power generation, namely, the generator 5 amplifies the output power
through the motor 1, the reciprocating oscillating mechanism, the sector gear set 2, the first-level output shaft 3 and the speed clutch 4 which are sequentially driven to
generate power, so that the effect of increasing the output power is achieved, and energy consumption is saved.
