Introduction:

This study investigates IKEA-related opportunities for professional development and


teambuilding. Workshops on problem-solving designed by IKEA, interdisciplinary group
projects, and creative-thinking competitions are some of the activities that have been selected.
The findings and conclusions drawn from the investigation will be backed up with pertinent
examples taken both from the case study and from other external sources. The purpose of this
event is to highlight the entrepreneurial spirit that can be found throughout the IKEA
organisation, demonstrate the utility of the activities, and discover individual takeaways and
potential for growth.
