Based on the current situation.
1. Current situation and purpose.
- Due to the fact that it is desired to send repaired generators to the new or already
existing branches, the M&E department through a tickt is requesting the repair of
the 6 broken Generators in Minka.
- The NOC department is choosing 3 Generators as the first repair option to send to
these sites :
LOR0217 : 12024520LPW3A27.
LOR0227 : 12024183LPW3A27.
PUN0039 : 12024622LPW3A27.
- The following ticket: GNOC_TT_CO_DIEN_230518_122388851.
- The photos will be shown in Annex 01.
2. Executive Summary.
- Continuously keep the antenna energized.
- Avoid the loss of customers due to low quality of service.

 - Being able to supply power to the LOR0217, LOR0227 y PUN0039 antenna in the
event of a scheduled and unscheduled outage.
3. Comparation and Recommendation.
- Table 01 shows the comparison between the purchase cost of the material by
BITEL and the service of the partner.
- The NOC department is requesting the services of GAMOTOR due to the trust and
low prices that this partner presents to be able to carry out the work in Table 02,
which will detail the costs, in ANNEX 01 the detail will be shown Of the prices

4. Schedule.
 Gamotor travel to Minka on 06/26/23.

 Gamotor will send the photographic report on 07/03/23.
5. Execution coordination
NOC Department: Will check and supervise the partner while repairing the
generator and The NOC department will send a certificate of conformity as
shown in ANEX02 and a repair checklist at the time of liquidating the statement, in
order to guarantee correct operation.
Department of Finance: Ensure the status and quotes of the product.
Submit respectively to the BOD.

CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION AND CONFORMITY OF THE SERVICE

service of "REPAIR OF THE LISTER PETTER GENERATOR- MINKA” has been terminated at
the LIM branch of our client. VIETTEL PERU SAC.
Having carried out the verification of the completed work, after carrying out the necessary tests and if there
are no observations on the work carried out, we certify that it is considered completed and at the same time
