Introduction:
- In this project, we are ready to open a store and
design an app for store that sells mobile phones and
parts, as we did an in-depth study of the area to
determine acceptable prices in the absence of a
strong competitor.

Work Breakdown Structure:-


- A work breakdown structure is a project
management tool that takes a stepwise approach
to completing large projects with many moving
pieces. By breaking down the project into smaller
components, it can consolidate scope, cost, and
deliverables into a single tool.

and it is used at a time when customers do not

have time to physically visit the store and they are

willing to pay more money if The product of their

choice was delivered to them wherever they

chose.
Financial Requirements:-
- The financial requirements for developing a mobile
application can vary greatly depending on the
complexity and features of the app. Some key
factors to consider include the cost of design and
development, ongoing maintenance and
updates, and any necessary infrastructure or
hosting fees.
- The company give us 100000$ for this project this
table show the details of the cost.

Report Summary
- A company wants to design an application to sell
its mobile phones or parts through it, reach
consumers faster, and present their best to
persuade them to buy.
- The company set a reasonable budget for the
project, which is $100,000
- We determined the requirements of the project,
and we presented some designs to the company
to choose between them and start implementing
them. Then we started developing the application
after making a report of all that was required by
the company to be available within the
application. Then we tested the application and
discovered its problems and solved them.
- On 8/25/1442, we implemented the project and
handed it over to the company

Conclusion:
- At the end of our report, I hope that we have
succeeded in presenting the project, its
requirements, features, and the time in which it will
be implemented. Our project will benefit
consumers and those interested in buying mobile
phones or parts for them.
