SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

Be it Acknowledged that I, Beleno L. Zamayla Jr., of legal age, Filipino Citizen, and with residence at

21 Kamagong St., Sionson Subdivision, San Vicente Malolos Bulacan 3000, hereby NAME, APPOINT

and CONSTITUTE specific power of attorney to Estela Panhay , likewise of legal age, Filipino citizen

and resident of __________________________________________________, as our true and lawful

attorney-in-fact for us and in our names, place and stead to do and perform the following acts:

1) To execute, sign and deliver Building permit and Fencing application in connection with our

proposed residential construction at ___________________________________________.

2) To represent me in the process of my building permit, electrical permit, sanitary and plumbing

permit, and all other permits and requirements directly or indirectly associated with the

construction and operation of my residential building, situated on

________________________________, with any appurtenant office in the City hall of

Tagoloan, The Register of Deeds, Bureau of Internal Revenue, any other Government office or

Agency.

3) To do and perform for and in my behalf acts which are related to the Building Permit

application as mentioned above
