We are pleased to announce that we are offering a voluntary benefits


package for our Germany EOR employees through our partnership with
BuechnerBarella Brokers. This partnership will enable us to provide
employees with health insurance benefits provided through AXA.

While Germany does offer access to public healthcare, employers will


be able to provide supplemental health coverage at competitive
prices. Deel is excited to offer the FlexMed Medical plan through AXA.
The FlexMed Medical plan packages offer your employees occupational
health insurance made easy - you select which health budget amount
to offer. Employees automatically receive their full, annual budget
amount to spend throughout the year, at their own discretion, which
can be used for an array of medical services. Details below.

This plan has a target coverage live date of January 1, 2023. We are
gathering the necessary 10 employees by December 15 for policy
inception.

Pricing
This benefit is non-mandatory, so you may choose to offer it at your discretion.
However, should you choose to offer it, you will have to offer it to all of your
employees.

If you choose to offer one of the benefit budget packages to your employees,
you will cover 100% of the monthly premiums for your employee.

Travel Abroad Coverage

Reimbursement of 100% of the costs which accrue abroad for private


and business trips of up to 56 days

With either FlexMed plan, employees will also have access to:

- 24/7 Healthcare Hotline


- Second Opinion Service
- Telemedicine Consultations
- Doctor Appointment Scheduling Service

Coverage is available for all employees, regardless of current enrollment


with statutory government offerings or private health insurance. Budget
amounts are for coverage for employees only - no additional coverage
for dependents.
