Introduction
Instructional Design for Experiential & Actionable Learning (IDEAL) is an instructional and
learning experience design virtual workshop that enables the analysis, design and develop-
ment of learning programs that are insightful, informative, persuasive and actionable.

Your Learning Facilitator


PLF Mohd Nadzrin Wahab is a passionate Learning & Perfor-
mance Specialist who helps people build strong relationships in the
workplace. He specialises in Workforce Performance Skills, which
focuses on improving leadership and professional development in
the workplace.
He has spoken in Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Cambodia, the
Philippines, India, Australia, and the USA and has served clients
such as Axiata, PETRONAS, Henkel, BHP Billiton and Barclays
Bank.

Learning Objectives
