This agreement and all disputes arising out of or in connection this agreement
shall be governed by, interpreted under ,construed and enforceable in accordance
with the laws of south Africa without giving effect to conflict of law principles

Clauses aimed at protecting the integrity of the proposed agreement with the
potential Host Nation (should they accept the agreement)
1.confidentiality clause
All information exchanged between the parties or deriving from this agreement must
be kept private between the two parties, including but not limited to any information
pertaining to past, present, or upcoming research and development relevant to the
parties' commercial activities.
2. force majeure
If there is a case of force majeure, the contract will be suspended for the entire time
that the occurrence lasts. If the incident lasts more than three years, each party has
the right to dissolve the agreement by providing the other party with written notice of
termination.
3.indemnification clause
Fifa shall not be accountable for any losses sustained during the necessary building
and development
