Oleic (HSHO) algae oil plus the Schercemol™* CATC CN ester bring skin conditioning benefits, good slip and non-greasy afterfeel. Kelco-Care™ diutan gum**
which is a natural rheology modifier is included to provide exceptional stabilization and suspension capacity.

Procedure:
1. PART A: Add ingredients sequentially into a beaker with mixing (marine blade). Once the Diutan
Gum is dispersed, begin heating to 70-75°C.
2. PART B: Into a separate beaker, add ingredients #6-9 and begin mixing with moderate speed.
Slowly add in #10 and #11 and mix for 30 minutes or until fully dispersed and no clumps appear.
Add remaining ingredients #12-14 and heat to 70-75°C with mixing.
3. Once both phases are homogenous and at temperature, add PART B to PART A and mix for 10
minutes. Remove from heat and cool to 50-55°C with mixing.
4. Once PARTS A/B are at temperature, slowly add in PART C with mixing until dispersed. Mix with
Ultra-turrax at 10,000 rpm for 2 minutes. Return to mixer.
5. Continue cooling to below 40°C with mixing. Add PART D ingredients individually. Mix until
homogenous.
