1) 613DR07
- Oil leak from reducer input area (the gap between input spacer & flange)
*to plan for gasket glue replacement during SD.

2) 613SP11
-separator top bearing vibration still in monitoring.
-minor leak from gearbox expansion tank fitting.
-handrail weldment found a crack at 3 locations.
-1pc v-belt dislodge pending replacement, v-belt flapping.
*to weld crack at the handrail.
*to plan for 1 set v-belt replacement during SD.

-DE bearing housing vibration still present, suspect from loosened housing base bolt.
-DE bearing oil still leaking, to plan to rectify it during SD.
*Mechanical team already plan to retighten the base bolt during high stock.

-blower acceleration has slight improvement before overhaul, will be monitoring further.
-a minor oil leak from the blower DE side, oil level still sufficient.

- NDE Bearing Housing Required to change due to bearing housing clearance out of tolerance.
(0.125mm)

fitting.

*To rectify heavy oil leaking at motor DE bearing.

-vibration high at the motor radial axis (horizontal & vertical)
*fluid coupling to be planned for replacement.
