ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION

THE PREMIER ACADEMY OF ARTS AND TECHNOLOGY, INC.

The undersigned, hereby associate to form a non-stock membership corporation, and to

that end set forth the following:

FIRST: The purpose of the Corporation is to establish, own and operate an independent
private school for Senior High School providing quality academic education to
students enrolled in the school as well as any other lawful purpose permitted by
The Premier Academy of Arts and Technology, Inc. law and not conflict with the
other provisions of these Articles of Incorporation.

SECOND: The name of the corporation shall be known as THE PREMIER ACADEMY OF ARTS
AND TECHNOLOGY, INC., shall be situated at 4 th Fl., DLS 2, Bonifacio Cor. M.V.
Fariňas St., Brgy. 9 Sta. Angela, Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, 2900. with a
philosophy, “Teaching is vital to the development of the society; Creating a
student-centered classroom that leads them to be experts in dealing real-world
problems and discover the value of knowledge”.

THIRD: That the number of trustees of the corporation shall be five (5); and the
names, nationalities and residences of the first trustees of the corporation are as follows:
