EXCERPTS FROM THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE REGULAR SESSION OF

THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY SAN SIMEON, CURRIMAO, ILOCOS
NORTE HELD ON THE 15TH DAY OF MAY 2023, 3:00 O’CLOCK IN THE AFTERNOON AT
BARANGAY HALL.

Present: Reinier Jan G. Aglipay SK Chairperson

John Paul S. Galzote SK Kagawad/ Acting SK Secretary
Joshua A. Lazo SK Kagawad
Floribel S. Soria SK Treasurer

Absent: None

The meeting was called to order at exactly 3:30 P.M. Joshua Lazo led the usual prayer. The SK
Chairperson, proceed to the agenda.

BUSSINESS OF THE DAY:

 MOVABLE RING
o The presiding officer tells to the body that we’re purchasing a long term project
Movable ring frame from the savings of 2021 budget.
 ISSUES AND CONCERNS
o The presiding officer ask to the body if what are the other matter or issues and
concerns of the youth regarding with our barangay or what are the concerns that
they know.
There being no more business to deliberate, The presiding officer John Paul Galzote moved for
the adjournment of the meeting and it was duly seconded by Floribel S. Soria and unanimously agreed
upon, and the meeting was adjourned at exactly 3:30 P.M
