do hereby depose and say:

3. Because the complaints and their affidavits were in response to the complaint I had
previously made before this Honorable Office, and because RIAN RESULTAY filed this
complaint in an effort to annoy and irritate me and level the playing field with me in
relation to the complaint, I had previously made against him:

COUNTER AFFIDAVIT

I, JERICHO PUGAL, of legal age, single, Filipino, and a resident of, #15 Bakakeng Central
Bengao, Baguio City, after having been sworn in accordance with law, respectfully states that -
1. The present criminal complaint was fabricated by the complainant with the intent to
compel the respondent to reimburse him for his Php 25,000.00 in VISA application
expenses; it is malicious, frivolous, felonious, unsubstantiated, and unjust;
2. The Respondent categorically states that:
a. He didn't engage in any of the prohibited behaviors the Complainant accuses
him of;
b. The Respondent has experienced mental agony, anxiety, insomnia, and a
tarnished reputation as a result of the Complainant's act of making this complaint
against the Respondent;
c. In response to the Complainant's false and malicious charges against the
Respondent, the Respondent will file a countercharge for PERJURY against him.
3. The respondent is a legitimate businessman operating in the tourism industry, and that is the
fact of the matter in this case.

I, Jericho A. Pugal, of legal age and residing with address at #15-A Bakakeng Central Bengao
Baguio City, under oath, state:

1. THAT on January 30, 2020, while I was traveling home in a jeepney, someone stole my
wallet without my knowledge,
2. THAT my driver's license, my school ID, and some cash were all in my wallet.

unsuccessful, therefore I deemed it lost and unable to be found,
4. THAT I am signing this affidavit to certify to the accuracy of the information above and
to permit use of it for any legal purpose that may arise.

AFFIDAVIT OF LOSS

Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and say that:

1. I am in possession of a Passbook (Peso Savings Account)

issued by China Bank, Baguio Abanao Branch;
2. The Passbook was misplaced sometime in the month of January 2022. And that I exerted
all efforts to locate the same but I could not remember exactly its whereabouts or where I
placed/left it and it is considered lost for all legal purposes;
3. The above-mentioned Passbook was not confiscated by any officer of the law or the
officers of any bank by reason of any violation of any law, ordinance, presidential decree or rules
and regulation of any bank and neither was it offered as collateral for any loan;
4. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing facts and for the
purpose of securing replacement of the said Passbook in lieu of the lost one and for all legal
intents and purposes it may serve

AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING

I, JERICHO A. PUGAL, of legal age, Filipino citizen and residing at A#15 Bakakeng Central Bengao
Baguio City, Philippines, under oath, state that:

1. The water service connection for my residence, which is listed with the Office of the City
Assessor of Baguio City under Tax Declaration Number ARP No. -06-010-129638, is
currently being processed by me at Baguio Water District (BAWADI);
2. However, the owner of the lot is listed in this Tax Declaration as "REPUBLIC OF THE
PHILIPPINES CAMP JOHN HAY AIR BASE";
3. I certify that I purchased this property from its former owner(s) and that I am currently
residing on it and in possession thereof in peace;
4. I promise to renounce this application or, if a water meter has already been installed, to
willingly remove it if someone else were to legitimately claim this lot in the future.
Additionally, I promise to faithfully abide by all other BAWADI criteria;
5. I am signing this affidavit in order to fulfill the documentation requirements for our
application for a water connection at BAWADI as well as any other possible legal
functions.

1. I'm the one being accused in Crim. Before Regional Trial Court Branch 25, Baguio City,
in case No. 23239-AF for ESTAFA
2. That in exchange for my temporary release, I paid a cash bail with the Clerk of Court at
RTC Branch 25, Baguio City, in the amount of P9,000.00.
3. The Court may declare that I have waived my right to be present during the trial and that
the trial may proceed in absentia if I fail to appear and be present at all trial stages of the
aforementioned case after being properly notified.
