Package 1+7: General Electric Company (GE)

Unit 3

 Stator of unit 3 have been lowered in generator pit, after the completed the erection / installation
process of stator.,
 Rotor assembly have been completed and ready to install.,
 Hydraulic governor piping fabrication and installation is in progress.,
 A draft tube modification is in progress.,
 Installation of High-Pressure Piping.,
 Welding of Hydraulic Guides in Progress., and
 Machine Monitoring panel, Auxiliary panel and Excitation panel installed.
Unit 4
 Stator top bars dielectric test carried out at 52.2KVDC for U, V & W Phase.,
 Insulation of upper end caps has been completed.,
 Final painting of stator is under way.,
 Fabrication of generator LGB Cooling System is in progress.,
 Draft tube modification is in progress.,
 Machining of embedded parts in turbine pit is in progress.,
 Sandblasting and painting of built-in parts are ongoing., and
 Polishing of MIV body stationary seal remained in progress at.LB-1.

Unit # 5 & Unit # 6 Defect Liability Period (DLP) started on 01.04.2022 and will be completed on 01.04.2025.
Unit 5
 Trouble Reports / Punch list items checking/rectification is in progress by GE.

 Trouble Reports / Punch list items checking/rectification is in progress by GE.
Package 5: Zhejiang Orient Engineering Co.
 Installation of New Penstock Drainage and Dewatering Pipeline at Unit # 3 & 4 is in progress.,
 Transformer oil insulating tank replacement remained in progress.,
 Refurbishment of Intake gate # 3 is in progress.
 Concrete work and steel fixing of ventilation plants E and F.,
 Refurbishment of high- and low-pressure system of Unit # 7 is in progress., and
 Unit 5 & 6: Trouble Reports / Punch list items checking/rectification is in progress.
Package 6+8: Sinohydro Corporation Ltd.,
 Unit 3 & 4 Main Transformer installation remained in progress., and
 Unit 5 & 6: Trouble Reports / Punch list items checking/rectification is in progress.
Package 9: China CAMC Engineering Co. Ltd. (CAMCE)
 132kV BB-1 Shutdown PTW availed on 2 nd MAY 2023 and Successfully returned PTW on Plan
date. 6.6.2023.,
 132KV BB-1 planned Shutdown on 10 July 2023.,
 Replacement of CT-3 is in progress., and
 Trouble Reports / Punch list items checking/rectification is in progress.
