Q : Good afternoon, can you tell me about yourself?

A : Good afternoon, I’m Naufal Fadhlurrahman, most of my friends called me Naufal. I’m
twenty one years old this year.

Q : Tell me about your work experience

A : I’ve been working in a start-up production house in Jakarta. I have 2 years of experience as
script writer. As a script writer, I write scripts to be used in videos, like commercial videos,
advertising videos, or a sitcom videos for my production house.

Q : Tell me about your education

A : I graduated from the Communications Sciences Department of Nasional University,

majoring in Public Relations. There, I learned about public relations, communications, and
political sciences.

Q : Why do you want this job?

A : I have loved to work in production house since I have worked in production house too
previously. Until now, I have worked with my clients to help them with my scripts. They are
all satisfied with my scripts. Now, I hope I can also help your company to complete your needs.
Q : What do you know about this company?

A : Your company is a fast-growing production house startup that focuses on creating content
on social media. It’s something that I’ve always excelled and something I enjoy.

Q : How do you prioritize work?

A : I always see work from two things: urgency and importance. From those consideration, I
will always start doing work that is urgent and important, then urgent, important, and work that
is not in both.

Q : When were you most satisfied in your work?

A : It’s when I completed my job properly, on time, and hit the target. When I see my boss,
clients, or company satisfied with my work, I’m also satisfied.
