Dear students,

Greetings!

The conduct of the Supreme Student Government Election will run from the first to second
week of September 2022.

In connection to this, we would like to inform you that the application of candidacy will be on
Monday, September 5 – 6, 2022. The qualifications are as follows:
1. Must be bona fide D.Q. Liwag National High School Student
2. Must be a good academic standing with a general average of 85% and above without any
failing grade in the previews school year
3. Must be of good moral character; must not been subjected to any disciplinary sanction
4. Must have submitted all completed signed application forms, to be provided and approved by
the Youth Commission on Elections and Appointments.

For the copy of the Election Application Form (EAF) of Student Organization and
queries, please contact Mam Evan Abad, the Commissioner on Screening and Validation.
