INFORMATION

The City Prosecutor of Cebu City, through the undersigned, accuses LUCIAN
KHAN y SABANDAL of the crime of ACTS OF LASCIVIOUSNESS committed as
follows:

That on or about 11:00 PM of July 5, 2018 at the elevator of Cebu Doctor’s

Hospital, Jones Avenue, Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines and within the jurisdiction of this
Honorable Court, the above-named accused with deliberate intent to satisfy his lust, did
then and there, willfully, unlawfully and feloniously commit an act of lasciviousness on
the person of ANNA KHO, a registered nurse working at the Cebu Doctor’s Hospital by
intentionally touching her butt and grabbed her from behind, pressing his pennis against
the plaintiff to the damage and prejudice of the latter who suffered psychological and
emotional disturbance, anxiety, sleeplessness and humiliation.
