Production engineers

• Ensure production scheduling in most efficient manner

• Ensures that the line is running at optimum operating conditions to achieve maximum
tonage and minimum rejection
• Planning or assigning of workers to different production lines to ensure optimal
production output
• To monitor every process involved in the production
• Supervision and monitoring the work of line leader/assistant line leaders and
production operators
• Ensure availability of resource such as manpower , machine and tools
• Ensure all non-conformance products are detected, reworked and rejected promptly
• Responsibility to adhere to relevant ISO standard procedures
• To identify the problems and issues regarding quality of the products and also to make
recommendation to the superior or management
• Ensure the quality of finished products is according to the requirements requested by
customers by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement
• To carry out other duties as assigned by superior
