SCENIC CRUISE JOB OFFER LETTER

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY OF
CONTRACT

EMPLOYEE NAME: Oleksiy Pukha

This is a contract offer letter binding the employer and the employee. After going through your
CV, Documents and experience we have found you qualified with the needed experience to
occupy the post offered to you, Below are the terms and conditions of the contract.

1ST ENGINEER.
TWO YEARS (Renewable).

1.0 This document is a contract reached between the management of SCENIC Cruise (UK) as the
Employer and Oleksiy Pukha as the employee. Below are the terms of the contract.
\You shall be expected to work with a prime experienced Crew members with the mandate to
provide excellent services.
2.0 JOB COMMENCEMENT: As soon as your working document is procured we will book your
flight ticket and send the flight schedule to your email, You are to resume as soon as the UK Home
office confirms that all your working documents has been sent to you and you have received them.

3.0 SALARY INDICATION: YOU WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE £10,500 (TEN


THOUSAND,FIVE HUNDRED POUNDS) Basic (Tax Inclusive) MONTHLY.

4.0 ALLOWANCES/ ENTITLEMENTS

Hazard/Inconveniences: £700 .00 (Monthly)


Entertainment & Recreation: £750.00 (Monthly)
Travel & Events: £1450.00 (Monthly)

5.0 PAID LEAVE PERIOD/ TRAVEL: Employees are entitled to 1 Month leave period, After 2 months
on board(1month onbard- 1Month off Board). Employee will receive £2,137 take home for each leave
period which is not included in his/her basic salary. You must notify the Company or your immediate
supervisor as soon as possible if you are unable to work for medical reasons.

6.0 EXPENSES BEFORE TRAVEL BY EMPLOYEE S: Expenses made/incurred by the employee


related to job before commencement of duties or Expenses made during Travel Plans, shall be dully
reimburse by the SCENIC Cruise(UK) upon your arrival.

This agreement hereby binds you and SCENIC Cruise (UK) in that re-imbursements will be made
fully to Employees upon presentation of Expense Reports and Receipts of Expenses on arrival.

The first one month basic salary shall be paid in advance before your departure
Payment of one month benefit is also geared towards making sure that all employees has enough money
in his/her Bank account as the United Kingdom Expatriates Financial Statutory Law would demand

7.0 SAFETY & SECURITY: Safety and Security (Local/Foreign) and Facilities on Job Locations and
communities are no small issues, and have been seriously considered to ensure and assure hitch free
operations, all employee are entitled to the best security while onboard designed to adhere strictly to the
Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy.

You are entitled to a free and mandatory safety course on board to be delivered by qualified safety and
environment experts.

8.0 FEEDING & ACCOMODATION: Employee is expected to reside at the SCENIC Cruise (UK)
(On-board) Family package status is available for employee that wishes to Re- locate with Family.
Employee is entitled to take meals free of charge at the general staff canteens. Dietary options, cooks
and dieticians are available options.

9.0 MEDICAL EXPENSES: We will provide you with comprehensive Health care and Medical
checkup. Before embarkation the employee will undergo series of medical test Such as HIV test,
Tuberculosis, Covid 19 Test.

10.0 ON-BOARD COMMUNICATION TO BE PROVIDED BY EMPLOYER

Computer resources: Laptop ComputerIntegrated Network Adapter, Full time Internet


access is also made available.
Phones: Employer will provide each employee with landline and one (1) mobile
telephone. This shall have a reasonable credit limit application per month.

11.0 UP FRONT PAYMENT OF SALARIES.


The first monthly salary shall be paid in advance before Employee embarks on journey to assume duty. This is
to enable candidates settle all domestic needs before travel. As such no excuses will be entertained on assumption
of duty relating to default.
12.0 ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Laundry and Dry Cleaning Service will also be made available to all Expatriates by the company's laundry and dry cleaning unit.
