SMI Final Aid Solution

Welcome to the SMI Final Aid Solution,

First and foremost, we the PT. SMI management would like to thank all our beloved founders, leaders
and members for your continuous trust and support in these times.

It has been a long journey, with all the good and the bad we went through together. This has been an
experience that all of us at PT. SMI will never forget. However, regrettably this journey had to end
abruptly in a way none of us expected nor wanted.

To clarify things, PT. SMI is a company that only sells software and not an investment company that
manages the funds of our members. In other words, it would be unrealistic for us to carry the burden of
returning all the funds that have been invested by our members because the money was never held by
us in the first place.

However, we empathize with our members in these trying times. With the current condition and all our
limitations, we would like to offer our Final Aid Solution to help our members to lighten the losses they
have incurred.

Once again, PT. SMI would like to offer the biggest apology for this unprecedented event that none of us
could have foreseen.

SMI Final Aid Solution Details

To accommodate the interest of all parties, with a heavy heart we must divide our members into 2
groups:

• Members who still suffer losses (Category A), are members whose total deposit value is greater
than their total withdrawal value. Eg.: Total Deposit $500 > Total WD $100
• Members who do not suffer any losses (Category B), are members whose total deposit value is
smaller than their total withdrawal value. Eg: Total Deposit $500 < Total WD $600

Members who are eligible to opt in the Final Aid Solution are:

• Members who HAVE NOT opted in previous solutions


• Members who HAVE opted in previous solutions but HAVE NOT received any sort of realization,
members who HAVE opted in previous solutions but HAVE received some sort of realization are
NOT eligible.
• Members who are eligible to opt in the Final Aid Solution must rescind all reports to responsible
parties before opting in the Final Aid Solution.
• Members must register with the same Username and Email as the one registered in PT SMI’s
website.
• Members may use a different password than the one registered in PT SMI’s website.

Final Aid Solution Options

With of the 2 categories according to the criteria set above, out of consideration for fairness and our
limitations, we provide our members with these 2 options:

Option 1. Balance Recovery Option


• Both categories A and B are eligible for this option
• The balance in each member’s trading account may be recovered through an appointed local
broker.
• The balance in the local broker is FREE MARGIN and may only be used to trade and may not be
withdrawn or liquidated.
• Profits received from trading may be withdrawn by members until 100% of their capital.
• The trading account will be suspended if no trading activity is done within 3 months of the last
transaction.
• The local broker has set a fixed 20% fee of the free margin balance that has been given, of which
10% will be paid by PT.SMI while the remaining 10% must be paid by each member.
• Members may trade manually or use an EA that each member must acquire themselves without
the intervention of PT SMI. All trades are done at the local broker, outside of PT. SMI’s authority
and responsibility.
• Balance Recovery Calculations:
Remaining balance in each member’s broker with the conversion rate of 1 USD = 13000 IDR
converted to local broker’s conversion rate of 1 USD = 10000 IDR

Example:
Remaining balance in previous broker 5000 USD
5000 USD x 13000 IDR = 65.000.000 IDR
The balance that will be recovered in the local broker:
65.000.000 IDR : 10.000 IDR = 6500 USD

A mandatory fee of 10% x 6500 USD = 650 USD (6.500.000 IDR) (as per the example above)
must be paid to activate the account.

• Registration to the appointed local broker will be done independently through the link:

• Members must send proof of the 10% fee payment to helpdesk@solusifinalsmi.com with the
name used to register at the local broker as the email subject. This email must be sent as soon
as possible after which PT SMI will also transfer the remaining 10% fee as our responsibility to
activate the account so our members can start trading immediately.
Eg. :
If a member registered in the appointed local broker with the name BAMBANG, then the email
subject must be: BAMBANG
• Registration and fee payment must be done before 31st December 2022. If members who have
opted in to this option have not registered and paid the 10% fee by 31st December 2022, then
the member is considered to have withdrawn from the option and have freed PT SMI from all
liabilities.

Repayment Contract Option

• This option is ONLY offered to members of category A.


• Members may receive 50% of a member’s loss value through installments as written in the
contract with all PT.SMI’s assets as collateral.
• PT.SMI will appoint a representative of all members to form an independent firm to begin this
process and see it to its end.
• Loss value is calculated by subtracting the total deposit by each member subtracted by the total
withdrawal done and received from a member’s trading account.

• Repayment Contract Option Calculation

Value of losses in the contract is divided into two, 50% of which PT.SMI will be liable to, while
the remaining 50% is each member’s liability.

Example:
Total Deposit 5000 USD
Total Withdrawal 1000 USD
Loss Value = 5000 USD – 1000 USD = 4000 USD
Contract Value = 50% x ( 4000 USD x 13000 IDR) = 26.000.000 IDR

Steps to Opt In
1. Member signs up for the Final Aid Solution through www.solusifinalsmi.com using the same
username and email registered in PT SMI’s website (www.ptsmi.id) along with uploading their
KTP.
2. Upon signing up and successfully logging in at www.solusifinalsmi.com/login, members must
input data from their respective brokers in the form provided according to the existing data in
each broker.
If a member has an account in multiple brokers, they may press the (+Add) button at the top
right of the screen to add another form.
3. Members must submit supporting documents as evidence either online or offline (though posts
that will be provided)
3.1 Steps to upload supporting documents online.
3.1.1 Prepare the following documents:
• Final Aid Solution Statement Letter signed and stamped (materai)

• Screenshot of Total Deposit from each broker accounts
• Screenshot of Total Withdrawal (WD) from each broker accounts
• Screenshot of remaining balance in each broker accounts
• Statement Video of Opting in the Final Aid Solution (Link to Video Script)
• Power of Attorney letter for those represented by an attorney (Power of
Attorney letter download link)
• KTP photocopy of the represented and the attorney for those who are
represented by an attorney.
• Power of Attorney Video (Power of Attorney Video Script)
3.1.2 Send all the documents above via email to helpdesk@solusifinalsmi.com with the
email subject format SOLUSI BANTUAN FINAL SMI - <USERNAME SMI>. (Eg: SOLUSI
BANTUAN FINAL SMI – ASIH9876)
3.1.3 Send the original Final Aid Solution Statement Letter and original Power of Attorney
Letter (for those represented by an attorney) to:

3.2 Steps to submit supporting documents as evidence offline:

• Printed screenshot of remaining balance in each broker accounts
• Statement Video of Opting in the Final Aid Solution (Link to Video Script)
• Original Power of Attorney letter for those represented by an attorney
(Power of Attorney letter download link)
• KTP photocopy of the represented and the attorney for those who are
represented by an attorney.
• Printed screenshot of Power of Attorney Video emailed to
helpdesk@solusifinalsmi.com
• Power of Attorney Video (Power of Attorney Video Script)

3.2.2 Note: Both Power of Attorney (if member has chosen to be represented) video
and Statement Video must be sent to helpdesk@solusifinalsmi.com with the
following email subject: SOLUSI BANTUAN FINAL SMI – VIDEO. <SMI
USERNAME> (Eg. SOLUSI BANTUAN FINAL SMI – VIDEO.ASIH9876)

3.3.3 Members must bring the documents above to the Final Aid Solution Post at:

1. Queue number is only valid on the day it is issued.
2. Queue number can not be issued for a future date.

Please make sure that you have received a receipt from the post CS officer before
you leave.

4. The Final Aid Solution will be executed after the gathered data submitted by members have
been verified.
For those who opted in the Repayment Contract Option, the verification results will be sent
via email with further steps to sign the contract.
