What’s it about? Who’s in it? What’s on the cinema?

Work in pairs. Choose any favourite movie. Imagine that you would like to see a new movie at the
cinema. Writing a dialogue (10-15 sentences) to invite a friend to go to watch a movie with you. Include
relevent vocabulary items about “Movies” that you have learnt today. Ask what the movie is about and
who are the actors/actresses in the movie.

Sample dialogue:

Amy: Hi Sam, would you like to go to the cinema with me tomorrow?

Sam: Great idea! Are there any exciting movies on?

Amy: Yes. There’s a good film at the cinema right now.

Sam: Really? What’s the name of the movie?
