VACANCY
ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

The International Cricket Council (‘ICC’) is the global governing body for the sport, which administers all
aspects of international cricket.

We are currently looking for an Administration Officer within the Integrity team, based at our headquarters in
Dubai, UAE. The role will report to the ICC’s General Manager – Integrity & HR.

Principal Accountabilities

Responsibilities of the Administration Officer include but are not limited to the following:

• Administration support to the ICC’s General Manager Integrity & HR and as required each
department within the team (Anti-Corruption, Anti-Doping, Security and Safeguarding).
• Organize and oversee team travel logistics for operational purposes, ICC events and contracted
domestic leagues including Flights, Hotels, Visas, Transport and Telephones.
• Department Reporting – Match Reports & Weekly ACM Reports – ensure all reports submitted on
time and log any incidents reported in the Match Reports.
• Manage and Submit all Expense claims for the Integrity Unit using current ICC expense software.
Highlight any unusual/un-receipted expenses or other issues before GM sign-off.
• Seminar / Meeting Planning – Arrange Logistics for all 3 Seminars (Venue, flights, hotels, visa,
transport, daily conference package).
• Prepare & Monitor Budgets for ACU, ACM and SEC. Ensure all expenditure goes under the correct
budget head and monitor budget spend.
• Prepare physical ACU charging files as required by the GM, Investigator and Legal.
• Liaise with translation services and assist with translation amendments.
• Software Updates – Monitoring of updates (in coordination with IT) e.g., XRY phone download
equipment. Liaise with XRY and CLUE for licence renewals and payments.
• Logging of investigation material – E.g., video interviews, filing of demand materials, maintaining
hard copy files of all Ops.
• Preparation & input of Integrity education forms for ICC events and domestic leagues.
• Ongoing assistance with the Integrity projects e.g., the Integrity App and other projects.
• Provide support to Intel Hub as required with regards to reports and data entry to the ACU
Intelligence and Investigation database.
• Liaising with relevant companies re renewals, invoices etc.

Knowledge, Skills, Attitude and Experience

• Unquestionable integrity.
• Ability to multi-task.
• The ability to assist in the preparation and maintenance of budget.
• A strong and independent work ethic.
• Experience of working as a key member of a team, able to take initiative and work flexibly.
• Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in the use of MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Database and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience in working with people from different cultural backgrounds and a capacity to
communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders.
• A team player with the energy and passion to take initiative and seek continuous improvement.
• Motivated and enthusiastic attitude.
• Teamwork - Work collaboratively with others to achieve business objectives.
