On observing these stores and many more i got to know that most of them( almost 90%) do
not have options of frames they only provide digital download which is a hassle free idea
and second thing is your pricing its way more higher than your competition on etsy, 3rd
thing is your shipping charges and last but not least you need mockups for better
presentation of your arts so that the client get the idea how it might look when it got printed.
All of the above are my observations on the basis of etsy results on first pages.
And one thing more paintings are more likely to sell in sets on etsy e.g set of 3
