I hope this letter finds you well. I ordered a dress Code E0258/202/602
from your website Ethnic by Outfitters last week on March 14,2023 and I received my parcel today.
Unfortunately, on opening the parcel I found that the dress is defected, it has a hole on the front side. I am
a regular customer of your brand and I have never faced a similar issue earlier. I did not expect this much
carelessness from your store. Customer service told me to contact you about a replacement dress.
I would like to exchange the defected dress for a replacement. Please check this message to
resolve this issue immediately. I am confident you want to resolve the issue, and I look forward to your
response.

Subject: Replacement for defective dress

Dear Miss Khizra,

This is in reference to your complaint about product Code E0258/202/602 dated March 20,2023. We are
very sorry that a defected dress had been delivered to your address. We take these things very sincerely
and can sympathize with you for the inconvenience caused to you due to us.
In the meantime, we would like to replace your dress with a brand new dress of the same article with no
shipping costs to you. Our delivery boy will come and collect the defective product and deliver the brand
