Tasks

1. Install main printer:

 Install and setup user logins for print accounting
 Setup and install printer on all user computers
 Setup scan to email
 Install and configure scan to network folder

2. Add Users to Domain:

  Add users to Active Directory
 Configure user policies
 Add user computers to the Domain
 Remove Admin accounts from local user profiles
3. Install Web Content Filter:
 Setup OpenDNS account
 Set server DNS to open DNS
 Configure web content filtering
 Review internet filtering logs

4. Set up File Server:

 Setup a computer to be used as for file storage
 Purchase external Hard drive to accommodate files
 Add computer to Domain
 Create file shares with respective user permissions
 Add respective Folders to user’s computers

5. Setup File Backup for Network:

 Purchase External Drive to do Backups
 Create File Backup schedule
 Select Drives and Folders to be Backed up
 Secure Server room Access to restrict access to physical drive

6. Repair/replace computers:
 Purchase New Computers
 Replace old Obsolete systems
 Add 2 new laptops to Inventory

7. Review equipment borrowing Policy

 Review current requisitioning system
 Make adjustment improvements to system

8. Train users on Printer:

 Train Staff on how to use the features on the printer
 Train staff on how to enter user login information into printer

9. Update Names on IP Extensions:

  Get supplier to come in and train on the configuration of PBX
 Adjust date and time on PBX System
 Update PBX Phone book
 Change user login information on phones

10. Solve user Problems:

 Solve ongoing user issues

11. Remove obsolete email addresses:

 Deactivate email addresses which are no longer in use

12. System and Network Maintenance:

 Install Updates and patches on all computers
 Update antivirus definitions
 Install updates on the Server
 Deploy updated antivirus to all computers
