 Do you now, or have you ever used a computer at work?
 Do you now, or have you ever had a computer at home?
 What type of mobile phone do you use? (Yes, this may be an influence!)
 What type of formal training have you had in the use of a computer?
 What would you like to be able to do with this computer?
 What are the most important applications you’d like to use?
 What are your price points, in other words, how much would you like to spend?
 Beyond Mac and PC, what else is available (Google Chromebook, for example)
 Questions are welcome at any time
