    PT Ritraindo Label International received a complaint from customer PT. Mitra Adaradena about a product with the code AM3600 having a different facestock color. An investigation was conducted which included analyzing sample certificates from February and May lots, checking samples with a whiteness meter, and reviewing conclusions. The investigation found the sample delta E was within standards, COA results met specifications, and the product structure and parameters had not changed. It was concluded the storage of the material may not have followed TDS instructions.

    PT. RITRAINDO LABEL INTERNATIONAL client claimed that the Semicoated BL 80 R0201 WG60

    has the quality issue. It was found that the material was different color of facestock. Our QA team did an

    investigation and analysis when we received your information and samples immediately.

    Part 4 Conclution
    4.1 Based on the results of a check using a whiteness meter, the two material samples (the February lot and the
    May lot) have a standard delta E of 1.5.
    4.2 COA yields for both materials (February lots and May lots) were standard according to the TDS
    specification.
    4.3 This product is our mature product, and we have not changed the structure in the least from last year to this year
    including the top layer, materials and coating parameters. And it has shipped nearly one million square meters from this
    year to now, but we didn't receive the same problem till now with domestic clients.
    4.4 We ask for material storage to be carried out in accordance with what is written in the TDS
