SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That We, Spouses Estelita Barreda Torres and Jose Rene Serrano Torres, both of
legal age, Filipino citizens, and a resident of Brgy. Culiat, Tandang sora, Quezon City,
do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT Maritoni Dicimulacion Estrella, also
of legal age, single, and a resident of #113 Sitio Palanas, Barangay Bayugo, Jalajala,
Rizal, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for us and our name, place, and stead,
and for my own use and benefit, to do and perform all or any of the following acts and
things, namely:

A. To execute and deliver the required documents for the application of

building permit;

B. To represent, receive/claim any documents from the Quezon City Hall and
Government Agencies;

C. To make, sign and execute, for and on my behalf, any documents which
may be necessary for the issuance of Building Permit and other legal
documents pertaining to the Construction Permits;

D. To pay any sum or amount required for the processing of legal documents
pertaining to the Issuance of Building Permit;

E. And to generally do and perform all and every act which may be requisite,
necessary, or proper to carry out the above purposes.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary
to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might
or could do if personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said
attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
