SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, Jan Chelsey S. Gumangan, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and a resident of Brgy. Culiat, Tandang
sora, Quezon City, do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT Xantara Zaria G. Gumangan,
also of legal age, single, and a resident of Brgy. Culiat, Tandang sora, Quezon City, to be my true and
lawful attorney-in-fact, for us and our name, place and stead, and for my own use and benefit, to do and
perform all or any of the following acts and things, namely:

A. To execute and deliver the required documents for the transfer of title ownership;

B. To represent, receive/claim any documents from the Bureau of Internal Revenue RDO 27,
Registry of Deeds for Caloocan, and Caloocan City Hall;

C. To make, sign and execute, for and in my behalf, any documents which may be necessary for
the issuance of eCAR and other legal document pertaining to the transfer of ownership;

D. To pay any sum or amount requisite for the processing of legal documents pertaining to the
transfer of ownership;

E. And to generally do and perform all and every acts which may be requisite, necessary or
proper to carry out the above purposes.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to
do and perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the
premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally present, hereby
ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of
these presents.
