AFFIDAVIT

I, JOCELYN A. GAYORGOR, of legal age, Filipino, married and resident

of Barangay Torreblanca-Blumentritt Poblacion, Guimbal, Iloilo, after swearing to
an oath in accordance with law, hereby depose and say that:

1. That I am the maternal aunt of Raul G. Besana, Jr, 20 years old, who
intends to get married on April 11, 2023 in Guimbal, Iloilo;

2. That his deceased mother, Catalina G. Garingalao, is my first cousin;

3. That his father, Raul B. Besana, Sr. is now living in Barangay Tico,
Panay, Capiz;

4. That I am the legal and actual guardian of Raul G. Besana, Jr. who has
been under my care and custody since he was young up to the present and
I am the one who is supporting for all his needs;

5. That I am giving my full consent to my nephew to get married on April

11, 2023;

6. That I am executing this affidavit to declare the truth of the foregoing

facts as to my undertaking to give consent to my nephew getting married.
