MISSION & PURPOSE:

The Dansalan Gardens Advisory Council (DGAC) is a group of upstanding homeowners recognized by
the DGCC Board of Directors who represent the general concerns of the community as regards
property maintenance, security, cleanliness, amenities and common areas shared in a harmonious
environment.
The Advisory council offer recommendations for proposed policies, monitoring their proper
implementation, and initiating events for the benefit of the community to the Board of Directors
through the PMO.
COMMITTEES:
The DGAC has four major committees who assist the PMO in overseeing specific areas of concern by
homeowners, specifically the following:
• Technical
• Good working condition and maintenance of Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural
structures and Plumbing facilities.
• Review of manpower necessary for the upkeep and proper condition of the facilities.
• Security & Safety
• Efficiency and reliability of the security manpower, and consistent enforcement of
policies including response to emergency situations.
• Proper policies on access to property grounds and parking facilities.
• Housekeeping
• Efficiency and reliability of Housekeeping staff for cleanliness of common areas and
amenities, as well as landscaping.
• Specific areas for placement of announcement memos and posters.
• Communications & Special Events
• Consolidates key agreements and recommendations by the DGAC, in collaboration with
the PMO.
• Provides relevant information (as needed) prior to release of official announcements by
the PMO for clarity of communications.
• Oversees special events for the community in coordination with the PMO.

LIMITATIONS:
The DGAC members are not in any way given the final authority to decide and issue official
memorandums. All recommendations discussed and approved by the DGAC shall be finalized by the
PMO for implementation, and at no condition be mandated and ordered directly to the staff by the
DGAC.
TENURE OF SERVICE:
All members of the advisory council have the prerogative to terms of service. Failure to attend at least
three consecutive major meetings without valid reason shall be deemed terminated. Vacancy for the
seat shall be opened to interested unit owners.
