Sr. No. Description
Finished Floor (RCC at Ground Level) is pending and will be start from 5th Octo. 22 and will be
complete by 31th Octo.22 as confirmed by JLL team. To avoid further delay for installation of zero

th level Equipments, customer JLL civil team will complete the finish floor readiness for cut out
area for pressure vessels and all weigh hopper Equipments as per Rieco supervision.
Fabrication of Mechanical Structure (i.e., Primary. Secondary and Tertiary Structure) is completed
only for installation of bag filters and 4 nos. silos. So, balance structural members needed to complete
2 before installation of Equipment without further delay in installation to catch erection schedule for
45 days.
Erection of Mechanical Structure for cyclone installation in yet not completed. Completion date to

be confirmed by SG.
Equipment has been unloaded and placed in Close Room in such a manner that there will be no
damage to equipment. PLC and MCC panel to be cover by tarpaulin to avoid entering of rainy
4 water inside at site.
SG team will provide a ramp for movement of Farhana, because the current entry to the building
5 will be block when we start our actual erection work.
Piping Support and clamps material yet not ready as per drg shared by Rieco to SOS Engg. So, need
6 to complete to lay piping after installation of bag filters and silos. Support and clamp readiness
required to complete by SG/JLL team on or before 29th Sept. 22.
Readiness of First Floor with all Tie Beam, Primary, Secondary Support, Non-Cut Out Area to be
7 fitted and welded with Chaqar Plate for easy access during erection of Equipment for Safety
Purpose. Chaqar plate material not available at site.
Proper Staircase for access to First Floor will be made available before execution of Erection Work.
8 Staircase will be ready on 25th Sept 22. as confirmed by JLL team.
Civil Foundation with Proper Shed for roots blower as per drawing is not ready at site, it will be
9 ready prior to erection of Root Blower before 04.10.22.
As per erection schedule provided with remarks to be followed strictly for no-delay in erection
10 work as to avoid ideal man days of SOS engineering at site. Please note and expedite the site
readiness on time and advance.
For cyclone 5 nos. supports and Bag filters fan frame 3 nos. not ready yet at site. So, SG/JLL team
11 need to focus on support work by dedicate team for welding of support works.
SOS Engg. will start mobilizing tools and machinery from 25.09.22 at site with properly placement
of material in their owned container. SOS team/Labors and Rieco supervisor will be available at
12 site from 26.09.2022 to startup of erection activities as per front provided by SG/JLL team for
installation of bag filters 3 Nos. and 5 Nos. Silos. Rieco all material will be available by end of this
month.
