The Chairman declares the existence of quorum and proceeded to transact business.

SK Chairman called an open forum for the said event

SK Chairman, states the available funds for the event

 SK Member JEROME LACARAN authored the OPEN & INTER PUROK BASKETBALL LEAGUE
 SK Member GREACHEL BARBAC authored the INTER PUROK VOLLEYBALL COMPETITION
  SK Member SARAHJANE T. EDPALINA authored the SK BALL (GABI NG KABATAAN)
 SK treasurer RICHARD M. BULLECER, declared the available funds amounting to 47,000.00
from the Sports appropriation.

Every SK OFFICIALS are directed to facilitate the said event

Since there were no other matters to be taken out the presiding officer moved
for adjournment of the meeting. It was unanimously approved.
