SCHEDULE 5. SCOPE OF SUBCONTRACT WORKS

Sch. 5.1. Scope of Subcontract Works

The Scope of work will be under Al-Gihaz contract strict compliance with SEC Project technical
specifications / SEC standards / SMACNA / ASHRAE / HCIS & SAF Directives and scope of works as per
PTS#20WN374 , for CONSTRUCTION OF NIC Circle 380/132 KV BSP , At NEOM area , Saudi Arabia,
applicable as per related TMSS, Appendixes & PTS, HCIS ,Pre bid and post bid clarifications, Technical
details of the approved manufacturers, Approved drawings and all addendums for the project and as per
technical requirements of SEC) issuance of construction drawings and As built included but not limited to
The scope of Work includes but not limited to Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning ,
closing of punch list and Final handing over of HVAC SYSTEM for NIC CIRCLE 380/132 KV Project ( Contract
no. 4400015765 ) as per complete Provide document specifications and PTS # 20WN374 / Appendixes /
SMACNA / ASHRAE / HCIS & SAF Directives / SEC standards requirement provided during bidding, pre bid &
post bid clarification, submittal including design and shall meet complete tender/contract document
specifications, to the satisfaction of the SEC -WOA / NEOM.
The scope of Work for NIC Circle HVAC systems shall be as per the Provided Approved HVAC System Design
Calculation / HVAC Duct layout/ HVAC General Notes, Legends & Details /HVAC Installation Details for
Substation Buildings / Condensate drain piping layouts etc
The scope of Work includes HVAC works for existing Tabuk LDC Building as per the PTS-20WN374 /
APPENDIX-VI SEC Standards & Requirements as a turnkey job
The scope of work includes necessary testing for Dhuba Green HGIS container HVAC System (supplied by
others)
All HVAC from the latest SEC-VENDOR
Manufacturers list.
Works under this scope are considered complete to the satisfaction of the SEC-WOA specification /
SMACNA / ASHRAE / HCIS & SAF Directives & clarifications and any item not specifically mentioned herein
or in vendor offer but found to be necessary for the completion of scope of work deemed to have been
included in the final prices and final approval of SEC -WOA is Vendor responsibility. All the technical
submittals and design submittals submissions and follow up for approvals shall be the total Vendor
responsibility with coordination of AG team (Technical team) and procurement team to be in
correspondence of technical and design submittals / as the manufacturing, delivery of local, foreign
equipment of materials to be follow up by procurement and the vendor shall submit the progress invoices
to AG procurement team.
The Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning and Engineering of HVAC system, including all auxiliary &
accessories for satisfactory operational requirement and shall be compatible with SEC-WOA specification /
SMACNA / ASHRAE / HCIS & SAF Directives requirement, manufacturing, factory testing as per PTS, packing,
supervision of installation, testing & commissioning at site including system testing after integration of the
subject ordered material to the Satisfaction of SEC -WOA.
HVAC system vendor will be responsible for the installation work in their scope only excluding any civil
works such as excavation and back filling, any wall or floor opening/closing, sealing of the room, plastering,
painting and foundation. Power supply to Complete HVAC system UPS, breaker from ACDB panel along
with Power cable is under AG scope. Power scope from UPS breaker to all HVAC system

scope are purely under vendor scope. Site facilities and accommodation to HVAC system vendor under AG
scope.
