ABOUT BIOENZYMES HOW TO PRODUCE BIOENZYMES?
Bioenzymes are a wonderful gift from the Bio-Enzyme is a complex solution obtained
nature. Obtained by fermenting the fruit by the fermenting the organic material with
peels, they can be used for a versatile range sugar and water. You can use any suitable
of applications including domestic organic material like flowers, corns, fruits,
cleaning, agriculture, treating urban & vegetables, leaves, etc. However, following
industrial waste, animal husbandry and so combinations are recommended.

Fresh kitchen waste
Bioenzymes are environment-friendly and 1 (fruit or vegetable peels)
has no polluting effects!
3 Water
1. CONTAINER:
• Air-tight plastic container recommended
2. INGREDIENTS:
• Organic Matter (fruit / vegetable peels)
• Sugar (brown sugar / molasses sugar / jaggery)
• Water
Steps:
01
Step 1
Add 10 Parts water
(Fill up 60% of the
container)
04
Step 4
Close the container
with the lid tightly. Keep
it for 90 days (open
daily to release gases
for the first 30 days)
02
Step 2
Add 1 Part sugar
(10% of water content)
05
Step 5
Filter the contents. Store
the concentrated
Bioenzymes in plastic
containers. Dilute as
applicable for each use
03
Step 3
Add 3 Parts kitchen
waste
(Fill up to 80% full)
06
Step 6
Your Bioenzyme is now
ready for use!
TIPS
1. Use only air-tight plastic container. Do not use glass or metal containers since these
containers can't expand.
2. Dilute sugar in water, follow by adding fruit / vegetable peels. Use only Organic matter
(fruit / vegetable peels). You can add orange, lemon peel or pandan leaves etc to make
your enzymes smell fresh. Don't add cooked food, fish or meat residues
3. If you have not gathered enough organic material, don't worry. You may fill the container
gradually. The 3 month fermentation period start from the day you place your last batch
of organic material
4. Leave some space in the container for fermentation. Ensure to close the lid tight. Close the
lid tightly. Place the container in a cool, dry and well ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight
5. During the first month, gases will be released during fermentation process. To avoid
rupturing of the container, you need to release the built up pressure by simply opening
the lid for 5 minutes daily (first 30 days only)
6. You may get a white, black or brown layer on top of the enzyme, ignore it. Occasionally,
you may also encounter flies or worms. Just leave it and the chemical reaction of enzyme
will take care of them naturally. You may choose Stir the contents occasionally so that
the organic content gets mixed up well
7. Fermentation will take at least 3 months (90 days) before bioenzymes can be used. The
ideal colour of garbage enzyme is dark brown. If it turns black, add in same amount of
sugar to start fermentation process again. Although 3 months are enough, Bioenzymes
work best after 6 months of fermentation. The longer it takes, the better it gets
8. Filter concentrated Bioenzymes and store them in plastic containers. Do not store in the
refrigerator. Before use, dilute the concentrated bioenzymes, as applicable
9. You can reuse the residue (remaining organic matter in the container) for next batch. Or
you can use it as a fertilizer by just drying before applying on the soil
