Techment is a services and product based organization. It is operating from four locations -
Bhilai, Indore, Bangalore and US. Its major client base of the organization is US. It is a seven
year young organization. The Company is an initiative of alumni from IIT Mumbai, and is
Headed by IT vetrons and is a professional organization . Techment is a team of 150 people
today (2021 end) and its plans 15 times growth in the coming three years. The organization is
currently in a very strong growth phase, thus everyone joining the organization at this stage is
going to have loads of opportunities in terms of learning, growth and excellence.

The vision of the organization is to establish a strong IT ecosystem in the Tier two cities, thus
enabling people from tier two cities to have the world class career opportunities at their
homeland, thus have a very satisfying professional and personal life. The core principles at the
