Reflection paper

My experience making this performance task is fun and full of enjoyment. While making this
performance task, it guides me to be a better leader and it teaches me how to handle a team.
Being in a group made me think more about my career and about having fun. Being in a leader
doesn’t mean that you are allowed to instruct everyone the things that you want to happen, it
basically means that you’re holding a responsibility to teach, to learn from one another, to
express all their ideas, and most importantly to guide them. It teaches me how to be more
cooperative and how important teamwork is. I was the communicator for all the different tasks. I
made certain that everyone was on track with our goals. I also double-checked that everyone was
okay and enjoying their role in the group. My group collaborated to gather ideas from each other
and combine them into one. At first, my feelings about the group process were mixed, but by the
end, I felt like we had brought it together. The group members were initially all over the place
and lacked direction, but once we were able to take a breather, ideas began to flow. It seemed to
me that the communicator was required to make it happen. By assuring the other members of the
group that everything will go smoothly if we don't overthink it. In the group, one thing I would
have done differently was to manage my time better. Because we were on a tight schedule, I
believe I tended to rush things just to get them done. Also, more trust and support at a time when
I was second-guessing another idea. To make it effective, I believe you must have faith in your
group member. Trusting your teammates makes a big difference while doing the task.

My personal opinion on the significance of the Christian hope lesson and its relevance to gender
justice is that it is critical to understand the meaning of hope and to spread it to people of all
genders. Christian hope gives hope to those who have lost hope and helps them to rise again. The
relevance of Christian hope to gender justice is that in Christian hope, gender justice means that
we are all equal and that God created us as one. As a result, while some may disagree with my
personal viewpoint, it is critical that each gender play an equal role and that we all live in
harmony. Men and women's roles in Christian denominations can differ. The Bible reflects the
fact that Jesus and the early Christians lived in a male-dominated society. Some Christian
communities still hold the belief that men and women should play different roles. Human rights,
according to some church members, are secular and even anti-biblical. Despite this, the very first
creation story in Genesis affirms that all humans are created in the image of God and have a
God-given dignity. This is unmistakably in line with the United Nations' Universal Declaration
of Human Rights.
