STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: -

The respected members of the Selection panel,

I am Aaryavart Chourasia and I am pursuing 2nd Sem of B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) from Dharmashastra
National Law University, Jabalpur. And as a student of law I understand the essentiality of
participating in Internships and Placement Programmes while pursuing this degree. And I believe the
role offered for the post of Co- Convener, Treasurer and Student member in the Internship and
placement Cell of DNLU requires knowledge about management and must inherit the skills of a good
Organiser.
As per the demands, I am efficient at management of such events and I have helped in organizing
competitions during my school, this way I could serve in the committee for organizing Internship and
Placement related activities like workshops and seminars, etc. I am a good orator, which is a
quintessential element for being an Organiser. I have delivered many speeches at public platforms and
have hosted many events. Since the school I have been good at public speaking and have addressed
more than a thousand people while anchoring in various functions. I have won many debate
competitions including Invicta organised by IITDM Jabalpur in my first year itself. I am good at
content collecting from current affairs and socio-legal issues which has also helped me debates before.
I understand the importance of team work during activities like debating as I am an active member of a
debating team at college. My thoughts remain coherent with my team members which is essential for
minimum mistakes and maximum efficiency. I believe in collaborative effort and good coordination in
Internship and Placement Programme.
I am diligent worker and passionate about learning new things, and believe that my personal strengths,
as well acquired skills make me an ideal candidate for this position as I will serve the committee in
every way possible. I appreciate you considering my application and it would be a great honour for me
to be a member of Internship and Placement Cell of DNLU.
