A. Boiler Non Pr. Parts & Pr. Parts:

 Erection of back pass roof completed.
 Erection of 2/3 of front pass roof completed.
 Finish SH Front coils erection completed.
 Finish SH middle coils erection completed.
 Finish SH Rare coils erection 50% completed.
 Furnace front lower panels erection / alignment /welding to upper panels completed.
 Furnace upper front panels to front upper header welding completed.
 Radiant roof inlet header to radiandant roof palens alignment completed and welding
started.
 Furnace front upper Sprial panel preassmbly /welding work started.
 Rear and LHS Transtion panel with intermidiate header preassembly work started.
 In startup system Separator tank to Storage tank erection completed and Separator tank
to before SWL erection and welding is completed.
 Backpass RHS intermidiate palens preassembly started.
 Backpass front upper header alignment is completed.
 ECO juction header to ECO lower hanger tube preassembly 50% completed.
 APH-A column structure erectio/ alignment completed.
 Bunker structure erection and alignment ( LHS /RHS) 50% completed.

 APH to wind box duct alignment( RHS) / sofa duct preassembly/ erection u/p.
 ESP out duct structure 6 no frame erection completed.

 One critical pipe preassembly welding joint at CRH line is completed.

 APH-A Support bearing and rotor post erection completed

C. ESP:.

 ESP Pass - A Air tightness test completed.

 Erection in March’23/Cumulative: 298 / 9370 MT

D. TOTAL ERECTION OF BOILER (Non Pr. Parts + Pr. Parts +Rotary Parts + ESP):

 Erection in March’23/Cumulative: 1436 / 22270 MT.

E. TG & Aux:
 LPT rotor-1&2 unloaded in TG hall
 ALL LPT casing lower half unloaded at site
 CV pump foundation ring erection completed and discharge form work erection in progress.
 Raping coating of CW pipe started.

F. Condenser-1:
 Condenser-1, shell/box assembly completed.
 Condenser-1, TSP generator side erection completed

G. Power House Erection & Fabrication:.
 LP heater floor (BC bay between grids(8 to 11) at 8.5m elevation and AB bay between grids
(9 to 11) at 8.5m elevation structural erection and welding completed.
 Placement of deck sheet for AB bay roof between grids (2 to 13) completed.
 Fabrication February’23/Cumulative: 185.037 / 8009.125 MT.
 Erection in February’23/Cumulative: 408.926 / 7025.013 MT.

H. Concreting:
 Casting of silo slab at 12.05m elevation (320cum) completed.
 Concreting of Vacuum pump house slab at 14.05m elevation completed.
 Compressor foundation at the existing Compressor House completed.

I. Chimney:
 Chimney shell casting crossed 100 mtr. height and presently achieved height of 116.450 mtr.

J. NDCT:
 Completion of concreting of Cooling Tower Shell. 151.00 / 151.00mtr.
 Fabrication of CT inlet pipe started.

K. CHP:
 Grade slab of MCC 1 completed.
 Fabrication of all columns of TP 22 completed and erection of forth tier started.
 Fabrication of columns of conveyor 23AB (connection from existing unit) completed and 2
out of total 5 nos. of galleries completed.
 Fabrication of all columns of TP 20 completed.
 Concreting of 3nos of footing of TP25 completed. As on date all footings of TP 25
completed.
 Temporary structures of TP 26 are started.
 Fabrication February’23/Cumulative: 949.843 / 5315.176 MT.
 Erection in February’23/Cumulative: 383.181 / 2026.948 MT.

L. TWT:
 Raft casting of Wagon Tippler (1315 cum) completed.
 M. 400kV Switchyard:
 Stringing of 02 spans of quad moose conductor for GT Bay is completed.
 12 nos. 400 KV CT erected out of total18 nos.
