Context of the problem and its historical background

Human Resource management System of the College of


Immaculate Conception in Cabanatuan City still uses Paper Based
System and one on one approach to individual in terms of hiring
additional employees etc... as part their management routine.
The current style of system used is time consuming and loss of
school resources since there is so much time exerted in
explaining to the employees the changes in the school policy.
Lack of proper human resource management system may lead to
problems and inconvenience to the part of administrators as well
to the employees and future employees who wished to be a part of
the school force.
The Purpose of the study in relation to the problem
The purpose of the study is to create a Human Resource
management System for the College of immaculate Conception in
Cabanatuan City. The system will benefits the future employees
because they will have a glance of the employment conditions
offered by the school as to its recruitment procedure and
screening and hiring procedures. Third, it will give easy access
by all people who wished to be educated and informed about the
policy of the school since the system is attached to the website
of the College of Immaculate Conception
Researcher’s interest in the problem
The above advantages gave the researcher an idea to develop
a Human Resource Management System for the College of Immaculate
Conception. The researcher intends to design an Human Resource
Management System for the College of Immaculate Conception with
graphics and links to other offices of the school .

The human resource manager experience too much time
explain and posting pertinent data regarding the needs or hiring
of new employees as to its recruitment procedure , screening and
hiring procedures.
2. Problem on Access
The possible applicant cannot easily submit their data
to the human resource management due to the availability of their
time.

the College of Immaculate Conception Management. The system can
be used also by an applicant who wishes to submit their
credentials through fillable up forms in the system
