OVERVIEW

Madyson Marquette has built a reasonably sized social media presence, however many people have
expressed doubts regarding many of her claims. It also appears that fraud is taking place, eg with
fundraisers. This document summarises some key information about her.
She is running fundraisers and making abuse accusations, so it is in the public interest to assess her
legitimacy.

(1) SUMMARY STATEMENT

Madyson Marquette has active outstanding arrest warrants for hit-and-run and check/cheque fraud. She
has convictions for check/cheque fraud, vandalism, and bribery/attempting to influence a public servant.
She uses false claims to gain followers, such as claiming to rescue trafficked children, and claiming to
have law qualifications.

She has run multiple fraudulent fundraisers, totalling nearly $250,000. Evidence of money reaching the
advertised causes is non existent (bar one case where a fraction of the money was passed on). She
claims to have been trafficked, but has presented various photographs found not to match her
explanations. When combined with her history of fraud, many question the truth of her claims.

She accuses many clergy members of abuse, but fails to provide evidence. She goes by various other
names, including Madyson Hendricks, and Stacey Dawn Williams (birth name).

Her birth name is Stacey Williams. She is also known as Madyson Hendricks and Madyson Marquette.
The search function on Orange County Sheriff website (see below) retrieves data for Stacey Williams
when Madyson Marquette is entered as a search term, indicating that these are aliases for the same
person. The cbirecordscheck.com report (see below) confirms that Madyson Hendricks and Madyson
Marquette are aliases. Her name may also appear as “Madyson Rae Hendricks” or “Madyson Rae
Marquette”.

(5) LOUISIANA HURRICANE 2021 FUNDRAISER FRAUD

Madyson raised $24,000 for louisiana. On-the-ground helpers said they are aware of about $3,000 going
to the charity from Madyson (spent at Sam’s Club).
6 days after Madyson's Lousiana trip, "Community for Unity Louisiana" group stated : "As far as the give
send go fund raiser, that money is in Madysons hands".

The receipts were *NOT* posted.
Madyson no longer mentions Louisiana or the campaign.
It appears only $3,000 was given to the charity. $21,000 has gone missing.

(6) FUNDRAISER FOR LEE KELTNER AND FRAUD COMPLAINTS

She ran a GoFundMe fundraiser for the sister of Lee Keltner, who was killed in Denver in 2020.
$27,000 was raised.
According to a close friend of Lee, the sister was not close with Lee.
Lee's family were alerted, and attempts were made to shut the campaign down.
Madyson moved away from Colorado soon after the fundraiser.

(7) HUMAN TRAFFICKING FUNDRAISER - STILL ACTIVE IN FEB 2023

She started this if Feb 2022. It’s still active in Feb 2023. Funds go directly to Madyson. Around Nov 2022,
she disabled public viewing of donation comments, amounts, and total raised. The last known total
raised was $195,000 as of 14 Dec 2022. The current total raised is unknown but will be more than
$195,000.

She makes no mention of providing receipts showing where the money goes.
For Louisiana, most of the money went "missing". Will this be a repeat?
Madyson should provide receipts and strong evidence of where money is going, including photos/videos
where appropriate/possible, to cover the full amount raised (not just a few thousand dollars like
Louisiana).

(8) TRAFFICKING/ABUSE CLAIMS

She claims to have been trafficked/abused by many people, including many clergy members. We aren't
aware of any credible evidence being presented, or court cases filed.

She presented various photographs which she claimed related to her being trafficked/abused, however
the explanations did not appear valid.

She implied an image of a female burned using a magnifying glass was her with Jeffrey Epstein. This was
found to be false. Other images presented were from her adult entertainment career. She claims she
was trafficked into that industry, however this appears to have been denied by members of her family,
and no evidence has been provided to support her claim.

Considering her history of fraud, many question the truth of her claims.

She has made claims about filing lawsuits against various people, including clergy members, but there
are no records of such lawsuits. When questioned, she tends to block people.

(9) CLAIMS OF HELPING EXTRACTION TEAMS TO RESCUE CHILDREN

Her claims of helping extraction teams to rescue children are strongly refuted by a military veteran who
highlights many of her statements that don't match the actual procedures used in such extractions. It is
also questionable whether someone with unresolved arrest warrants would be employed in such roles.

She also claims to be involved in providing housing for rescued children, where medical, mental,
everyday care and schooling needs are met. No credible evidence for this exists.

People who request updates, information, or ask questions, typically find that they are blocked, with no
explanation given.

(11) COMMENTS FROM FAMILY

Several of her relatives state that she has lied about many things, one of them using the term
"pathological liar".
