Dear Friend,

Welcome! I am tremendously excited for you to embark on this path of Power Principles. It’s my sincere
pleasure to be your coach through this process and I have deep respect for you; I respect your courage to look
at yourself honestly and evaluate what could be better. That takes determination. I honor the hunger inside you
that refuses to settle for less than you can be, do, give, or share. You’ve come to the right place.

The tools in this program are the result of my life’s work pursuing the answer to “What shapes human
behavior?” Over the past four and a half decades, I’ve been privileged enough to work with millions of people
from 100+ countries. I’ve had the unique opportunity to see how certain patterns drive all of us to succeed or
fail, to experience euphoric joy or crushing despair. These patterns affect everyone regardless of race, age,
gender, nationality or background.

The core principle of this program is to maximize your mindset in the shortest amount of time. How is this
possible? By modeling the best. I’ve synthesized some fundamental tools and strategies that when consistently
executed, accelerate the pace at which we can achieve our true goals and desires. I’ve dedicated my life to
identifying these patterns of the world’s greatest power players and I’ve seen that there’s a consistent path that
if you follow a consistent path it leads you to success.

People who have attained excellence are no different from you or I, the difference is they’ve mastered their
mindset. So, the first step to modeling the best, is to believe that you can. I invite you to integrate knowledge
that the top athletes, the top business innovators, and changemakers of the world, are no fundamentally
different than you.

Mastering Your Mindset, is an e-course designed with my most effective tools and fundamentals to help
maximize our capabilities as human beings.

as well as reflect and integrate what you’ve learned throughout this course. You’ll be able to implement
these tools as you continue on your journey toward lasting success and fulfillment!

PART ONE: The first step is to clarify the results you desire in life. What is your definition of an extraordinary
