Our online school offers a diversified community where you

Perfect for a flexible schedule, offering a wide variety of
English classes tailored for every time zone!

ILAC Kiss Online Programs

Placement Test 30 minutes designated to assess
your listening and reading skills

• You should havereceived a unique code to take your placement test.

• You can take the test only once.

• It must be completed 48-hours prior to the course start date at the

latest.

• If you have not already, complete your test today! Without your results,
you will not receive your class schedule & information.

• The test cannot be done on iOS, tablets, or cellphones. Please use a

laptop or computer.

• If you have provided your official English proficiency test result or have
taken a placement test within the last three months, we will place you
according to those results (and you do not need a code).

 Class Schedule Example Schedule:

After completing your placement test:

• Class schedules are sent by email by Sunday 6pm ET (Toronto

time-zone) before your class begins (at the latest). Zoom Link

• On your class schedule you will see your zoom link, English level,
instructions to access the student portal for the 1st time, and your
timeslot.

• You will not receive a schedule without a placement test or

proficiency results. If you do not receive your schedule, contact
Student Services at online@ilac.com.

Follow the instructions to sign up for the first time and check
your class schedule on the Student Portal.
Class schedule on the Student Portal
Under Classing, click on Class Schedule to see your class name
and zoom link. Your class information will be available on
Sunday. Check News for updates.

Students in Time Slot 5 must use the Monday link to join the
Sunday class.

Please note that the start time you see on the Student Portal is
ET (Toronto time). Join your class according to your time slot -
view schedules.

ILAC and teachers do not receive messages in the Student

Portal. Please send your messages to online@ilac.com directly. If
you have issues signing into the portal, please contact support.

We have 4 timeslots available at ILAC KISS
Please note that the start time you see on the Student Portal is ET (Toronto time)

• Timeslot 1 (TS1): Monday to Friday | 8:30am to 11:30am ET

• Timeslot 2 (TS2): Monday to Friday | 12pm to 3pm ET
• Timeslot 4 (TS4): Monday to Friday | 6pm to 9pm ET
• Timeslot 5 (TS5): Sunday to Thursday | 9pm to 12am ET

E-Textbook Access Key (on Tuesday)
1. On Tuesday, you will receive your e-textbook Access Key.

2. Go to English.com/login (bookmark page).

Log in with your account.

3. Click on ‘Add a Product’ and copy & paste your access key.

Level Progression
ILAC students will progress through
different levels during their studies.

Level progression is based on the following

criteria:

1. Attendance & Participation

2. Coursework

3. Test Results
Please note:
*It takes on average of 8 weeks to complete one level.
*Students may take as much time as required to complete the program.

ILAC Kiss Online Programs

 Zoom Classroom
• All students will be provided a ZOOM manual
to learn about the platform.

• Students are expected to treat online classes

just like on-site classes: be on-time, turn on
your camera and participate.​

• Classes are not recorded.

• On test days, you must turn your camera on.

 Academic Integrity
At ILAC, students are expected to act in accordance with our Academic Standards Policy.

• Students must complete coursework & tests independently without help from others.
• Students must not use dictionaries or translators on tests.
• Students must not exchange information or answers about their tests.
• Students must not use ChatGPT or other AI resources for coursework or tests.
• Students must submit their tests during the test timing provided by their teacher.
• Students must not take pictures of ILAC's tests or share ILAC's propriety test materials.

Students who are caught cheating as outlined above (but not limited to) will be subject to
an academic penalty including expulsion without a refund.

If you see any suspicious behavior involving cheating or plagiarism, notify your teacher
immediately, or contact online@ilac.com.
