TERMS AND CONDITION:

o Check out time is 12:00H noon(12NN) and check in time is 14:00H (2PM). (Hotel has the right to remove guest belongings from
the room after check out time if room is already reserved).Must pay Php 100.00 of charge for late checkout 12:00nn onwards.
o Strictly no smoking policy inside the hotel premises, and bathrooms. There will be a fine of Php1000.00 if found smoking.
o The hotel is not responsible for the safety of any valuables left in the guest rooms as governed by the civil code of the Philippines.
o Visitors are required to register at the Front Desk in compliance with the Philippine Hotel Code. Extra Person charge of
Php500.00 will be added to the bill of the guest if visitor remains overnight. Visiting hours are from 8:00H (8AM) to 18:00H (6
o PM) only.
o Booking is for 2 person only.
o Bringing of pets is strictly not allowed within hotel premises.
o The hotel reserves the right to charge a fee if there be stained linens, foul odor, losses and breakages in the room for the duration
of the guest’s stay.
o Request for room cleaning is free while bed linens & towels can only be replaced every 3rd day of stay. Fees will be charged for
the replacement and/or additional linens and towels requests if it is within the said 3 rd day policy.
o The hotel rereservesserves the right to institute necessary actions under any of the following cases:
 Refuse to present ID upon check-in
 Failure to pay upon demand of an outstanding amount.
 Early check-in fee Php 100.00 per hour
 Always inform Frontdesk for extension and before checking-out.
 Charge to Lost of Key Php 500.00 pesos
 Guest refuses to conform to the hotel’s rules and policies
